The following terms and conditions apply to the commission service provided by Tekkoshi to you, the client.

Price Quotations

Charges for services to be provided by Tekkoshi are defined by the email the client will receive after filling out and submitting the correct commission enquiry form. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the day the email is sent to the client. After the 30 days, Tekkoshi reserves the right to refuse, alter or honour the quotation.

Acceptance

By submitting a commission request, you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions laid out here.

Additional Expenses

The client agrees that during the process (of) the commission. If any extra work is added/requested, the work on the additional content will not be started upon, till a new commission contract is signed. Which includes the additional content and a new reflected price.

Artwork Progress Updates / Revisions

Once work commences on the clients commission, Tekkoshi will email photo and written proof of progress at the pre-established progress points. 

If the client wishes for a progress update outside of the pre-established times, they may be charged a fee.

Tekkoshi reserves the right to show progress photo's or stream the proccess of the commission, unless the client expresses otherwise.

The client has a set amount of revision/changes they are entitled to for free with the standard contract of the commission. Any more changes/requests that exceed the established amount, the client may be charged a fee.

Copyright

Tekkoshi retains the copyright of the result of the commission, whether it be original art or the rigging of a model. Tekkoshi will not reproduce the artwork, and will not be shared to any other website/social media, other than this website and any LuminoArtCo or Tekkoshi social channels. If Tekkoshi wishes to share to anywhere not listed above, the client will need to provide permission to do so.

The client retains ownership of the commission and may share it within the bounds of the agreed upon terms, and must ask permission to share elsewhere.  The client may not alter/reproduce the commission in anyway without Tekkoshi's consent else risked being fined.

Deposit

Tekkoshi requires a deposit from the client to confirm a commission slot. This deposit is non-refundable and will contribute to the total payment of the commission. 

Payments

Payments are made in two parts.
 
- Deposit, a percentage of the final cost will be paid as a deposit, this pays for the sketch and securing your places in commissions and will be removed from the final total.

- Final payment will be required after the sketch has been approved, and before the commission final piece is started.
 
Commission payments will be conducted through PayPal invoices.

Refunds/Terminations

Full payment is made after the sketch approval, so if a request for termination is made before the final sketch is approved/moves past it. The deposit will be kept by the artist but require no further payment on the clients half.

Depending on which stage of the process the art is at a portion of the payment can be refunded at Tekkoshi's discretion.
